Our History of Innovation
Founded in 1979 as GCR, Inc., TADERA started with airport engineering and planning projects before pioneering Photoslope, a photogrammetric system for runway safety analysis.
In 1982
Photoslope’s success during a New Orleans International Airport pilot program positioned GCR as a leader in safety analytics.
In 1999
we implemented Airport Business Manager, the predecessor of ABRM, to support billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, property management, and more.
In 2003
TADERA launched a partnership with the FAA, where we support several programs focused on airport data management, safety, and operations.In 2014, TADERA implemented our AirportIQ Secure Credentials identity management at Los Angeles International Airport.
In 2023
TADERA joined Modaxo, expanding its mission to move people safely and efficiently across the world.
By the 1990s
TADERA’s AIMS software revolutionized digital airport data, becoming the standard for FAA and state aviation departments.
In 2001
TADERA implemented the Computerized Airport Log System (CALS) for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. This product was further developed into ASOCS, one of the first digital tools to help airports manage FAR Part 139 inspections.
In 2019
TADERA was selected by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to develop kiosks to allow non-citizens to easily check in and provide biometric information during regular appointments.
