Conference Hotel

Our conference hotel is the American Hotel Atlanta Downtown. Located in downtown Atlanta, walking distance from Centennial Olympic Park, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, and lots of great shopping and dining options.

We are proud to have hosted the Users Conference in New Orleans for the last decade. After reviewing attendee feedback and exploring our options, we chose a location that offers more space for collaboration, easier travel access, and an even better experience for our community.

Why is there now a registration fee for the conference?

To continue delivering a high-quality experience, we’re introducing a modest registration fee this year. This change allows us to:

  • Enhance the overall event experience, including more engaging sessions, better technology, and improved venues.
  • Support speaker and program development, ensuring content that’s timely, relevant, and valuable to our community.
  • Offset rising event costs such as space, AV, and catering, while keeping the conference accessible to as many participants as possible.

Our goal remains the same: to bring our community together for meaningful learning, networking, and collaboration. The registration fee helps us sustain and elevate that experience for years to come.
