Manny is TADERA’s customer success manager, where he leads the team of product and client support staff focused on customer care. He a skilled manager with a track record of delivering value-added programs in various settings, including management and internal consulting roles in a dynamic cross-functional environment. He has a strong background in process improvement across the Revenue Cycle, which helps to optimize the capture, management, and collection of revenue. He has extensive experience in leading transformational change and supporting businesses to leverage enterprise technology to achieve their business objectives. Manny previously worked as a product specialist at TADERA, where he worked with finance leaders at airports across the United States to implement TADERA’s finance solutions and derive maximum value from the software. Prior to joining TADERA, Manny led cross-functional teams focused on revenue management at large health systems, including Orlando Health.
