Taylor Prickett, HR Business Partner

Taylor Prickett is TADERA's HR Business Partner, bringing over a decade of human resources experience from multiple Fortune 500 technology and software companies. Since joining the team in 2025, Taylor has been focused on what he does best: empowering people to do great work and building a workplace worth showing up to.

Taylor holds a BBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Originally from small-town Mississippi, he now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Taylor has a deep love for music, food, and all the things that bring people together.
